1.    Put 3 or 4 fresh basil leaves in a cup of boiling water. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Or you can also add a little honey, and then sip the tea slowly.
2.    Boil one tablespoon of basil leaves or put a few drops of basil oil in boiling water and lean over the pot to inhale in the steam.
3.    You can also chew some fresh basil leaves to relieve the pain.
